Empowering Remote Workforce

PSh partnered with Tenspot, a specialized management platform, to develop a comprehensive mobile app solution that not only supported remote training needs during the pandemic but also enhanced their web platform's UI/UX. The collaborative process led to the creation of a dynamic React Native mobile app, alongside web features and migration support.

Tenspot, a management platform designed to facilitate impactful workplace programs aligned with corporate objectives, sought PSh's expertise. Their challenge was twofold - adapting to the pandemic's remote work landscape while enhancing their platform's usability. With their traditional office-based training disrupted, they needed a mobile app to continue delivering live and recorded training sessions to users' homes. Concurrently, a platform migration was underway to uplift UI/UX.

We responded with a comprehensive solution. A mobile app development journey commenced from scratch, rooted in an iterative and incremental approach. Our team meticulously evolved the app, integrating new functionalities as the project advanced. This adaptive process was mirrored on the web front, where PSh contributed to web feature development and migration efforts.

The combined expertise in Web and Mobile Development played a key role in project success. A dedicated team, collaborating closely with Tenspot's Product Owners and Designers, initiated the mobile app's creation. Concurrently, seamless synchronization with Tenspot's Engineering team, responsible for front-end and back-end aspects, ensured alignment and effective execution.

The outcomes were significant. We delivered a fully-fledged React Native mobile app, catering to both Android and iOS platforms. This app facilitated Tenspot's pivot to remote training, ensuring their services reached users regardless of location. Moreover, PSh's contributions extended to Tenspot's web platform, where new features were integrated, and migration support was provided, enhancing overall user experience.
